“Mandy made our resulting home better and more beautiful -- in form and function -- and did the same for the build process. I joke that she was our interior designer AND therapist, architect, and general contractor. Needless to say, as a designer it’s necessary to collaborate with many other trades. She executed her scope with kindness, patience, and grit as the moment demanded. But also she literally stepped in for other trades when they didn't care about the details -- and made their work better, which was not remotely in her job description. I think she did this because, simply, she cares. Like really cares — that you love your home and also enjoy the process of building and designing it — because it’s a privilege, because it’s so personal.
